Terms & Conditions (“Terms”)<\/h3><\/div>

Welcome to Ukrainian Cleaning Services! Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using our cleaning services. By booking with us, you agree to these terms.<\/p>\n

1. Service Agreement<\/strong><\/h3>\n

By scheduling a cleaning service with our company, you acknowledge and accept our terms of service, pricing, and policies. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.<\/p>\n

2. Booking and Payment<\/strong><\/h3>\n

  • \n

    All bookings must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    We accept cash, credit\/debit cards, bank transfer.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Late payments may incur additional charges.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    \n

    3. Cancellations and Rescheduling<\/strong><\/h3>\n
      \n
    • \n

      Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of 20%.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Repeated last-minute cancellations may lead to refusal of future service.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      \n

      4. Access to Property<\/strong><\/h3>\n
        \n
      • \n

        The client is responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled time.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        If our team cannot gain entry or access is delayed, a fee may be charged.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Clients are encouraged to secure valuables and inform us of any access codes or instructions in advance.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        \n

        5. Scope of Work<\/strong><\/h3>\n
          \n
        • \n

          Services will be performed as per the package or custom agreement selected by the client.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n

          We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the condition of the property is significantly different from the initial description.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n

          Hazardous or biohazard cleaning is not included unless previously agreed.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          \n

          6. Satisfaction Guarantee<\/strong><\/h3>\n
            \n
          • \n

            If you\u2019re not satisfied with the service, notify us within 24 hours. We will re-clean the concerned area at no additional cost.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          • \n

            No refunds will be issued after 24 hours of completed service.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            \n

            7. Liability and Damages<\/strong><\/h3>\n
              \n
            • \n

              While we take great care in handling your property, we are not liable for pre-existing damages or wear and tear.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            • \n

              Any damages caused directly by our staff must be reported within 24 hours. We reserve the right to inspect and resolve accordingly.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              \n

              8. Safety and Health<\/strong><\/h3>\n
                \n
              • \n

                For the health and safety of our staff, we ask that the property be free of hazardous materials, aggressive pets, or dangerous conditions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

              • \n

                We reserve the right to refuse service if we deem the environment unsafe.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                9. Confidentiality<\/strong><\/h3>\n

                We respect your privacy. All personal information and access details are kept strictly confidential and used only for service purposes.<\/p>\n

                10. Governing Law<\/strong><\/h3>\n

                These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Chicago.
